Meet Martijn, our StudyPortals Santa Claus at Vrije Universiteit Brussels Student Diaries

Martijn will be greeting international students at their new university, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, by handing out enrolment gifts. We asked Martijn to introduce himself.Martijn.jpg

Hey there!

I'm Martijn and a Dutch student living in Brussels. I have been travelling quite a lot before deciding to get back to school. I am now a student at the Erasmus University College, which is a partner of the VUB. I am part of several international organisations and love to help out and make everybody feel as welcome as possible.

If you come study here at the VUB I can assure you are going to have a great time. The campus is green and has everything you need, besides that Brussels is an amazing city by itself, with more cultural and great events than any other capital in the world! Combine that with the funky Flemish and la langue d'amour (French ;) ) and you got yourself an awesome experience in the heart of Europe.

I can't wait to meet you and introduce you in this waffle and beer loving country!

Tot ziens/Au revoir!
