Test format
Cambridge English: Advanced consists of five papers. Each of the papers contributes 20% of the total marks available: It covers the four language skills: Reading (1 hour 15 minutes), Writing (1 hour 30 minutes), Listening (40 minutes), Speaking (15 minutes), plus an additional Use of English component which tests knowledge of grammar and vocabulary (1 hour).
