Agriculture studies refer to the cultivation of soil for the growing of plants, fungi and animals. These studies explore human and animal relations. Agriculture studies deal with agribusiness, agro-economics, agronomy, farming, animal husbandry, agronomy. Agronomy is related to plant-based agriculture.

Forestry is focused on ecology, preserving live nature including resources that can be affected by harmful human and non-human activities. Forestry studies include genetics, forest economics, zoology, botany, environmental protection, ecology, flora, fauna and ecosystems in forests.
