Do you want to know everything about the causes of disease? Are you very eager to explore public health in depth? Then Biomedical Sciences is your Master's programme.
The Master in Biomedical Sciences is a two-year full-time programme. You can take up to two specializations, each lasting one year. You can choose from seven Biomedical research specializations: Infectious Diseases; Cardiovascular Diseases; International Public Health; Immunology; Cell Biology; Psychophysiology; or Medical and Behavior Genomics. You can also choose one other specialization (combined with one research specialization): Societal; Communication; or Education. Are you interested in infectious diseases and do you want to gain a deeper understanding of how our immune system works? Then you can take both these specializations. Does your scientific interest lie in cardiovascular diseases and your professional ambition in policy-making? Again, you can combine the two. However, you can also compile your own programme.
