Are you contemplating becoming a minister in the Protestant Church of the Netherlands? The subprogram Divinity of the Master Theology deepens your previous theological education.

In the suprogramme Divinity you specialize in one of the theological disciplines in the five departments of the Faculty: Biblical Studies, Church History, Dogmatics and Ecumanics, Encounter of Traditions and Praxis. The subprogram Divinity can be completed in 1 year (fulltime) or two years (parttime). After that you may under certain conditions continue with the Master of Divinity programme (master Godgeleerdheid) of the Protestant Theological University (PThU). As a graduate in the subprogramme Divinity you will be eligible for teaching posts in theological seminaries, for leadership positions in parachurch organizations, for mission work, and for ministry in local churches.
