This flexible programme has been developed for teachers and other TESOL professionals (e.g. inspectors, curriculum developers) and for those planning to undertake doctoral study in TESOL / Applied Linguistics. The programme is part of the Graduate School of Education provision in the TESOL / Applied Linguistics field, which also includes an EdD Pathway, and an MPhil/PhD programme.
The programme particularly values the professional experience that participants bring to the course and it provides a learning context where you can reflect on:

You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.

A good first degree from a recognised university (or equivalent); a minimum of one year's classroom teaching, or other relevant and related experience; and a commitment to postgraduate learning in TESOL/Applied Linguistics.
