The Change Management MA is an innovative approach to postgraduate management education for those who seek an alternative to the traditional taught masters.

It is a programme of study for highly motivated individuals who are capable of managing their own development and wish to retain control over that development. By its nature the programme demands a high level of personal involvement as all participants are expected to make significant contributions from their own experience.

'The Change Management MA is different - different from conventional teaching, different because it is participative; everyone's experience is valid and adds to the process.'

'A programme for those who need to manage change more effectively, take advantage of it and develop as a manager and person.'

'The programme immerses you in a real learning environment and guides you through a journey, give a huge sense of achievement once you complete.'
