This programme allows you to study in an interprofessional group at postgraduate level, identified by student feedback as particularly beneficial.

You can enhance your skills in intra- and inter-agency practice in rehabilitation, understand how to take rehabilitation practice forward through the development of new research evidence to enhance your practice, develop a shared understanding with respect for the integrity, knowledge and contribution of each stakeholder in rehabilitation. You will acquire a critical awareness of the evidence base for, and current contemporary theory of, rehabilitation, together with an understanding of the complexities of interprofessional and multi-agency working in rehabilitation practice. Most of the modules require students to share and explore their working experience in rehabilitation practice and/or management. The modules are delivered by staff with a wide range of knowledge and expertise.

There are no specific subject benchmarks for this programme. However, the course leader can benchmark the course around specific criteria if necessary. The modules have been mapped to the Knowledge and Skills Framework which can be used to support your evidence in your own professional development plan (PDP).
