Location of University of Geneva

This programme is co-organized by the University of Lausanne and the University of Geneva.

The aim of the programme is to ensure mastery of know-how required for a career in accounting, solid supplementary theoretical training in related disciplines for a better grasp of the consequences of a given course of action in professional life, as well as for students planning on pursuing research for a doctorate.

3 semesters of course work (90 credits) in financial accounting, management controlling, finance, audits and taxes, 1 semester spent as an intern at a company, followed by preparation of a thesis worth 30 credits. The internship is waived for students who plan to earn a doctoral degree and replaced with a research thesis worth 30 credits.
