The master provides a course in statistics for specialists as well as for non-specialists. The emphasis is put on practical data analysis, problem solving in different disciplines and the use of statistical software. Theoretical statistics is also developed in the methodological orientation. The Master in Statistics is particularly recommended not only to specialists, but also to students who would like to develop their statistical skills for their own discipline which can range from social sciences, educational sciences, psychology, management, marketing, economics, to natural sciences and medicine.
