Programme Description

The master of dental Medicine offers solid basics in clinical training and knowledge of dental Medicine.
In addition to medical training in specific fields, the Master of Dental Medicine offers advanced training in the following: preventive dental medicine, stomatology, oral surgery, dentomaxillofacial radiology, cariology, endodontics, pedodontics, orthodontics, buccal physiopathology and parodontics, bridges, occlusodontics, myoarthropathies, dental biomaterials, gerodontology and dentures.
The programme combines theory (courses, problem-based learning, seminars), clinical instruction and odonto-technical work. During clinical training, which fills approximately 50% of the programme, students care for patients under the guidance of experienced clinicians.
