Organized by the Faculties of Theology of the Universities of Geneva, Lausanne and Neuchâtel.
This Master's degree marks the conclusion of the second level of basic training in theology. It aims to provide students with advanced knowledge and skills in several branches of theology.
Students must choose three of five branches offered (1. Biblical Studies; 2. History of Christianity; 3. Religious Studies; 4. Systematic Theology and Ethics; 5. Practical Theology) and must write a master's thesis in one of those three branches.

Requirements

Students may enroll for the Master of Theology at the faculties of Theology of the Universities of Geneva, Lausanne or Neuchâtel (at the candidate's discretion). Candidates must also meet the general conditions for enrollment at the university of their choice. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in theology or any other degree considered equivalent; holders of bachelor degrees in other disciplines may attend reorientation courses.
