Responds to the need for development of professional skills, a requirement at the same time political, institutional and societal, as well as more generally for the development of personal experience within specific social groups. Offers advanced training in topics germane to the field of adult education combined with associated research methods. Helps to develop skills in the creation of training methods, in the conduct of interventions and in the evaluation process by alternating between the acquisition of basic knowledge, the study of methodologies, and the acquisition of professional experience.
