The MSc in Management Consultancy aims to assist dynamic and innovative individual to translate their existing technical and/or managerial skills into professional consultancy capability. The programme is uniquely designed to enhance your managerial and client engagement and advisory skills in relation to running a consultancy business.
The programme enhances your knowledge, skills and attitude to enable you to gain a deeper understanding of the highly demanding role of a competent consultant. It specifically focuses on the facilitation of strategic thinking as it relates to organisational growth across a wide spectrum of industrial settings.

The programme can be sequentially linked with a masters from the Centre for Director Education's suite of Governance Programmes, or another business masters award enabling you to take a double master route at Leedsmet reducing your overall study period by up to 25% and allows you to develop your learning and professional development.
The consultancy modules enable you to critically consider strategic management thinking, the practical role of the consultant and issues regarding client engagement. A core focus of the programme is relating management theory to real-life consultancy practice so that you can supply turn-key solutions to management problems.
Asessment methods on the MSc Management Consultancy are designed to test your understanding of theory and the development of skills. Assessment takes the form of management assignments and projects with the aim of enabling you to build the practical skills to improve your consultancy practice.
