Advances in science have led to major improvements in people's lives but this is twinned with an increasing focus on the safety and efficacy of pharmaceuticals, devices, biologicals, agrochemicals and chemicals in man, animals and the environment.
Quality management in scientific R&D has become an essential tool in ensuring that modern developments are implemented within a rigorous and robust quality framework.
Developed in collaboration with the British Association of Research and Quality (BARQA), this unique MSc has been devised to meet increasing demand by the healthcare industry for senior quality management professionals.
Available on a part-time basis only, this course has been designed for current practitioners who wish to have their skills formally recognised with a qualification that has credibility for employers.
The course is comprised of three parts; eight compulsory taught modules, an Integrating Portfolio and an individual research project.

The Individual Research Project gives students an opportunity to apply the skills, knowledge and understanding acquired on the taught phase of the course to a practical problem in quality management.
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.
Take testMinimum requirements are a 2nd class honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline and students should normally have at least two years' work experience in a relevant role. Where applicable, a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or TOEFL score of 580 is also required. You will need BARQA membership to attend this course.
