The Masters in Financial Management runs full-time from early September to early July and provide an exceptional foundation to a fast-track career in financial management.
When embarking on the programme, you first go through a series of introductory courses, which are designed to refresh or introduce the basic knowledge required to effectively follow the core module. After that, the programme really kicks off with a three-day opening seminar on social and interaction skills. The core module addresses all management disciplines relevant to the programme of your choice. Throughout the year, classes are alternated with various exercises, games and also a 1-week study trip abroad. At regular intervals, you are assessed by a mixture of exams, papers, case discussions and presentations. The programme culminates with the in-company project in which you tackle a business issue within a company by integrating and applying what you have learned during the programme. At the end of the journey you receive a well-deserved Masters degree from Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School.
