The objective of the programme is to prepare the specialists that are able to acquire a professional competence in electrical technology areas. To develop specific knowledge and provide a broadly-based, scientifically-oriented foundation in the interdisciplinary area of technology; to develop skills in research, computation, design, and analytical problem solving, which will equip the student for employment in research or industry; to provide a multi-disciplinary programme that will prepare the student for careers in which a strong understanding of electrical knowledge is required along with an ability to appreciate, understand, and develop its creative potential. Competencies are acquired through participation in specialized practicum experiences and participation in the training process.
Professional status
The Electrical engineering master's qualification enables work as an engineer or a highly qualified expert at any electrical network company, coast and maritime companies, various industrial, logistics (port and transport) plants, ships, specialized business companies operated with IT processes and production lines, wide-ranged automated design companies. The graduates of this training program can work as managers, supervisors, automation engineers, etc. Electrical engineering master's qualification can be acquired at universities.

At the end of electrical engineering master's study program, students have possibility to continue doctoral degree studies.
Examination and assessment regulations
The main form of evaluation is an examination. Every courses unit is concluded with either a written or written-oral examination or pass/fail evaluation. Student’s Knowledge and general performance during the exam are evaluated using grading scale from 1 (very poor) to 10 (excellent) or by pass or fail evaluation in the cases when pass/fail evaluation is foreseen as a final evaluation of the course unit.
Final examination
The training program is completed by the master‘s thesis that are prepared during the 4th session and covers 800 hours.
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test.
