The Department of Mathematics and its Applications enables students to expand their knowledge in mathematics and its applications through intensive coursework, excellent research opportunities and expert supervision with outstanding scholars and institutions. Programs are taught in English in cooperation with the Alfred Renyi Mathematics Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.
Master of Science in Applied Mathematics (two years)
This innovative and interdisciplinary program provides students with comprehensive knowledge in the field of applied mathematics. Students investigate current social, economic, and political phenomena, including those related to globalization.
