Location of Aalborg University

The programme is designed to develop your international practical experience and theoretical understanding of international aspects of strategy, innovation and change processes.
The programme is focused on the development, operation and maintenance of business systems and aims at giving you a balanced analytical, systemic and managerial understanding of Global Business Development and its underpinning disciplines.
The courses taught on this programme include:

Contents

This master programme covers a range of themes, but it also allows you to specialise in a topic of your own choice during the final semester.
Project examples:

* Analysis of a cross-cultural Continuous Improvement (CI) project aimed at developing an improved implementation process of CI
* Implementing a self-governing organisation
* Configuration of project portfolios as a means for controlling and improving the performance of internal development projects
* Configuration and management of an international supply chain
* How to manage the fuzzy front end of product innovation
* Organisational and systems support for knowledge sharing in a global perspective

Requirements

In order to be considered for admission to Aalborg University, you must send the following documents in accordance with the deadlines:

* date and sign the printed version of the online application form
* officially verified copies of certificates and academic transcripts, including your final grade average with an explanation of grading system (maximum grade, minimum grade, etc.)
* if your final certificate and final year transcripts are not yet available, please submit an official provisional certificate and transcript or an official letter from your home university, listing the remaining subjects and the expected grades as well as the expected final grade average
* The official language requirements for international students applying to Aalborg University are:
IELTS (academic test): ** 6.5 or
TOEFL (paper-based): * 550 or
TOEFL (computer-based):* 230 or
TOEFL (internet-based):* 80 or
Cambridge ESOL: * C1 test has to be less than two years old, otherwise we cannot accept it.
You do not have to submit an English test if one of the following criteria applies to you.:
- Have a complete bachelor degree done in English from either Australia, the UK, Ireland, USA, New Zealand, South Africa or Canada.
- Have a complete bachelor degree done in English from a Danish University.
*The test has to be send directly from the test center.
** Original or verified copy of original.
