Location of Royal Holloway University of London

This provides substantial, supervised research experience and intensive teaching of research skills and techniques. It consists of a major research project chosen from a number of strands, including Machine Learning; Discrete Optimisation; Constraints; Languages and Architectures; Multi-Agent Systems and Bioinformatics; as well as taught courses on the chosen strand and workshops on research techniques. This offers a brief experience of research without the same time commitment as a PhD.
