Location of University of Leicester

The principal aim of the MSc in Accounting and Finance is to develop an understanding of a broad range of finance and accounting concepts, and their application to a range of management and organisational contexts. Specifically, you will be provided with a stimulating and intellectually challenging management development programme, along with a rigorous education in the concepts of financial management and accounting.

Teaching and assessment methods
The MSc in Accounting and Finance is a full-time programme which takes 12 months to complete. Modules 1-5 are studied between September and the end of December. Modules 6-9 are studied between January and May. Each module requires you to write an assignment and/or sit an examination. The dissertation, which is the concluding element of the programme, is completed by the end of August.
