This Master´s degree programme will teach you the skills you need to manage and control an organization. With its wide range of modules and specializations to choose from, O&MC is a straight business degree that covers the entire range of the field. Variety is perhaps its most important characteristic.

You will learn about the field of internal and external financial and non-financial information gathering and financial management. O&CM not only enables you to specialize, but also to combine knowledge from various business studies fields.

You will learn to understand the process of managing and controlling an organization, for example by developing a new strategy as a response to competitors´ actions or clients´ wishes.

You will also learn to draw up budgets, analyse investment projects and make cost price calculations, so that an organization can take decisions on the basis of financial data. These decisions may involve the products a company wants to sell and at what price, or new activities that need to be developed, or a reorganization.

The Master´s degree programme focuses on financial information gathering and decision-making against the background of the organizations within which these processes occur, the plans for the future of such organizations and the people involved.

In the first semester, you will follow core modules in the fields of internal business economics information gathering and information provision and how they are used in organization management.
