During the intensive and selective Master's programme in Accountancy and Control, you will learn to analyse, interpret and research the flows of financial information within and across organisations.
The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) specialises in providing students with the broad range of skills, in-depth knowledge and international expertise they will need in the business world and the public sector. One of the five research programmes is dedicated to Accounting, and students in the MSc in Accountancy & Control benefit from learning in an environment where developments in the field are constantly being explored. The Control track focuses on the role of accounting information in organisations' financial management. The courses in this track aim to combine academic rigour and practical relevance through a multidisciplinary perspective using insights from economics, psychology and organisation theory. Completion of the track qualifies students for admission to the Executive Master of Finance and Control (EMFC) (Dutch taught only). Graduates of the Master's programme in Control who have at least two years relevant work experience are also eligible to apply for the international Executive Master of Finance and Control (iEMFC) programme (English taught, admission restrictions apply).
