In the Master Psychology of Human Learning and Performance you will discover how people optimally learn and perform, and which mechanisms are involved. These insights are applied to make learning environments as effective as possible for each individual learner (beginner or expert), and to improve our current approaches of training and teaching. With an interdisciplinary approach, you will answer important questions like: How does somebody become an expert in a domain? What is the best way to train a child or an adult? How can ICT be used to optimize learning and performance?
