* The MBI program offers a complete course of studies leading to an accredited master's degree.
* The MSc in Business Informatics is a full- time, 90 credit point program, divided into three semesters.
* The program is built around three thematic areas of specialization "tracks".
* These tracks consist of: business intelligence, IT-Management and IT- Consulting, IT-Systems-Engineering. MB students have to attend all of them·
* Lectures are held in small groups
* Internationality is guaranteed: special seminars (i.e. International Project Management), foreign students and recognized experts all of whom are professors at well-known universities from abroad·
* Students can avoid traveling by studying at home. The MBI program offers a virtual infrastructure for some of its courses
* Grades will be based on written examinations or seminar papers, which will be held each semester. ·
* Evaluation and exams use a credit-point system·
* Typical "traditional" positions that MBI graduates can expect to fill include information manager, systems analyst/designer, project manager, developer business solutions, Chief Information Officers, Chief Technology Officers and IT-ConsultantsModules· Business Intelligence· IT-Management und IT-Consulting· IT-Systems-Engineering
