The programme is designed to be attractive to those individuals who wish to augment a first degree in a different subject, with an understanding of management.

Students study three of the functional areas of management and combine these with study of people in organisations, information systems and research methods. A dissertation will also be completed.

The pathways within the MSc in Management allow students to contextualise their studies to their own interests or career path.

The HRM pathway will enable participants to develop a breadth and depth of understanding of contemporary HR issues to enable students to become successful HR practitioners at both an operational and a strategic level. The pathway closely mirrors the Professional Standards of the UK Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development which is the world's leading body of HR professionals.
