* Graduates have theoretical knowledge in application of exact methods based on knowledge of macro socio-economical approaches to problems in the field of international relations and development cooperation. Knowledge concerns latest findings in the field.
* The graduates´ knowledge serves as a basis for seminal thoughts in research. Graduates have critical awareness of the problems relating to their area of studies and interactions with other areas, such as development economics, international trade and marketing, econometrics, sociology, rural development, project management, rural extension and international financing.
* They understand problems and relations in the field of developmental sciences and they master practical solutions to current global challenges. They understand theories, concepts and methods relevant to employment as managers in: agricultural production, services, trade, financial sector, state and NGO administration.
* They have sound professional knowledge of management theory, allowing them to work as heads of creative teams at intermediate and top management level.
* Their specialised knowledge is enhanced by basic knowledge of international developmental organizations and NGO, microfinancing, specifics of regional studies of African, Asian and Latin American regions, international law, diplomacy and other social sciences.
* Their acquired knowledge makes them qualified for studies in PhD programmes. They are fully aware of the limits of their knowledge and can conceive the contents of further studies in these areas.

More information* Open for graduates of BSc programme Agricultural Specialisation, or BSc graduates with a solid background in biology, mathematics, agricultural or environmental sciences are the preferred candidates for the MSc programme. English proficiency is mandatory.
* Applicants must present a recognised and officialised BSc diploma in order to be enrolled in MSc degree studies.
* The programme is open for exchange students for one semester or one academic year in the framework of the EU LLP ERASMUS programme.
