The program lasts 12 months, consisting of in-class study days in Berlin, eLearning and project-oriented learning.
The Study Concept
Our program is based on the world-renowned Steinbeis Project Competence
Concept and the Blended Learning Concept. The foundation of the learning process includes class sessions, self-study days, transfer projects, presentation, and discussion, all of which instill "best practices" in Corporate Responsibility Management and Sustainable Leadership. This Master´s Program can be easily integrated with an MBA or General Business Master´s Program towards fulfillment of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education Initiative (PRME).
Contents
This study offers effective concepts and qualified leadership know-how, fitting to the requirements of corporate image and growth.
Guided by a holistic understanding and practice of leadership, the program will enable students to develop competent leadership behavior by teaching basic techniques that reinforce and establish Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability.
It enables a qualitative and individual professionalization in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility Management and provides a systematic concept in order to achieve an operative transfer of the economic, ecologic and social dimension of CSR.
