Do you seek to make a unique contribution to the understanding and knowledge of initiating and sustaining change within and across organisations?
Do you see yourself as an experienced ‘reflective practitioner’, interested in ‘action inquiry?
The Ashridge Doctorate in Organisational Change (ADOC) will develop your practice to a deeper level. The Doctorate in Organisational Change can be studied in two ways:
Option One
Starting in February every year, the Doctoral programme duration is five years. The structure sees the programme shadowing the first modules of our acclaimed Masters in Organisational Change programme and then continuing beyond this in the later stages to Doctoral level.
The option one programme fee is £36,000 (excuding VAT).
Option Two
For those with a compatible qualification to our own Masters in Organisational Change programme, such an MSc in Change Management or an MSc in Responsibility and Business Practice, along with relevant experience (both pre-requisites are subject to approval upon application by the faculty) then the Doctoral programme may be started after the Masters programme shadowing, mid-way through. Starting in April, every second year, the Doctoral programme duration is three and a half years.
The next option two programme starts in April every year.
The option two programme fee is £24,500 (excluding VAT).
