The part-time in-service option, over three years, is reserved for students who are currently already working professionally for a minimum of 20 hours per week as youth workers or community workers. It involves attendance at NUIM for at least one full day per week, as well as a number of two day workshops per year (or equivalent), in addition to study visits and residentials as described above
