You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test.

Take testPrimary Degree or equivalent and at least a Second Class Honours in Higher Diploma in Adult and Community Education or Higher Diploma in Arts (Adult Guidance and Counselling), plus three years experience in the field.
There will also be an informal interview as part of the recruitment process.
