Every Child Matters and the development of Children and Young People´s Services have generated some significant challenges and exciting opportunities.
This course covers a range of important areas including

We specialise in providing professional development that focuses on your role. This course enables you to address the issues and possibilities of working in a multiprofessional environment to achieve the Every Child Matters goals.
You can choose any combination of the modules according to your development needs. The teaching of each module takes the equivalent of four days. We can deliver modules on-campus or in your locality for groups of ten.
As well as our taught modules we also offer a supervised module that recognises your professional learning and accredits projects completed in your work place.
Our teaching team is made up of multiprofessional practitioners with extensive experience from varied backgrounds.
This course is ideal if you are looking to top up your qualifications to progress your career. In many areas the qualification requirements for working in children and young people´s services have increased from level 5 to level 6 qualifications. Masters level awards take you on to level 7.
We designed this course specifically for the current government Every Child Matters agenda. It looks at the live issues in children and young people´s services.
