In the TERRA the participants acquire the most relevant competency knowledge in leading for our earth. This involves a process of becoming an effective, responsible, strong-willed and environment-focused organisational leader. Our TERRA graduates demonstrate vision, insight, persuasion,... and the mastering of the initiation and leading of the inescapable change processes that are needed for the perennial and long-term sustainability and survival of our local and global living systems -- of life in general.
The TERRA, sometimes called the "green leadership" or "blue marble" leadership programme of our school, is intended for executives, engineers, lawyers, advisors, scientists, state officials, business consultants, environmental officers, educators,... who are or will be active in the environmental field and have the courage and determination to take initiatives, and to lead people in the successful achievement of in-company, community, or societal environmental projects.
The TERRA curricula are offered in a hybrid or online-based (distance learning) mode, with e-coaching, and combined with a professional activity in the environmental field. The on-campus part of the curriculum is kept at a minimum plus efficient level; participants attend either the summer residence or workshops at the school's Ardennes centre or at other locations around the world.
The Environmental Leadership programme was launched in 2002. It was the world's very first online-based distance learning programme in its field, and leading to a certificate, diploma, or degree in environmental leadership.
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.
