This course is suitable for anyone interested in or involved in supporting colleagues and is relevant for any work setting, including one-to-one coaching. Past students have come from a wide variety of backgrounds including Teaching, Further Education, Higher Education, Social Services and Health sectors.
The course will enable you to:
* Improve knowledge and understanding of the nature and philosophies of mentoring and coaching and their contribution to personal and professional development
* Contribute to the improvement of personal and organisational performance
* Develop interpersonal and practical mentoring and coaching skills through a range of innovative learning and teaching activities
* Make sound judgements about the value of research and reflect critically on empirical evidence and its associated methodology
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.
Take testPostgraduate courses require an IELTS of 6.5 or equivalent or TOFEL of 88 (IBT) and above or Cambridge Advanced B or above.
