Administration of the Resources of the Cultural Institutions – (M.Sc.)

The master called "Administration of the Resources of the Cultural Institutions" is addressed to future specialists in the area of information and communication management, of human resources in cultural institutions, of patrimony management, etc. The curricula is designed to take into consideration the whole management process in the context of the contemporary changes in the cultural domain. Therefore, the courses include among others the new tendencies on cultural strategies and policies, cultural marketing, universal values of the patrimony and audit in the cultural domain. The professional competences generated by the study program take into account the capacity of administration the resources in cultural institutions, the ability of action in the context of the change management, of cooperating with specialisy in other fields, etc. A special accent is put on the effort of increasing the image of the cultural institutions or of the cultural products.
