The Master´s Degree programme in Corporate Communication, organised by the College of Journalism and Communication Studies, is designed for all those who wish to get specialised in the field of organisational communication, and of human resource management in institutions, organisations, and/or in staff recruitment. It is also a programme that is granted for other categories of professionals from connected fields, who wish to improve interpersonal communication skills within their professional field.

The approach that we provide for our Master´s Degree students is an asset for the field of communication, since we set off from the premise that professionals in communication should hold key positions among the practitioners in human resources, among managers, and among other categories of professionals, as communication is crucial in the recruitment and selection of personnel/staff, in negotiating conflicts within organisations, in leadership, in the training and in the assessment of employees, in training for team work, in providing positive feed-back, in project-focused work/activities, etc. Owing to the courses given by prestigious professors, and by outstandingly experienced professionals in human resources, this Master´s Degree programme enhances the building and the shaping of competencies in the management of internal communication within organisations, and in the management of human resources, as professional competencies in any field - including managerial competencies - inherently include and involve communication and human relation abilities.
