This master has been designed for people who may or may not be conflict management professionals but who wish to incorporate knowledge and procedures to optimize their daily work and to innovate in their organizations or towns, from a highly integrating approach based on the belief that people have the potential to produce change.
The programme aims at combining classical mediation and conflict management knowledge while incorporating the most innovating methods of intervention.

Requirements
- University degree, with preference:
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Pedagogy and Psycho pedagogy.
- Degree in Teaching, Public Relations and Social Work.
- Graduates in Prevention and Integral Safety.
- Working people without a university degree who wish to update knowledge and skills to better adapt to the new demands of public and private sectors. In this case, they will be issued a certificate of completion of the studies.
