This programme is focused on nonbusiness graduates who wish to develop a career in business and management. The programme assumes no prior knowledge of business and management topics, but does assume the capacity for study and development of an honours degree graduate. The programme is extensive and fast paced bringing the students on a high growth learning experience across the 12 months of the programme.
The complexity of the modern economic environment requires successful business executives to have an in-depth knowledge of up to date relevant theory and concepts and to deploy an enormous array of analytical, conceptual, technical and social skills. This programme will introduce students to this broad range of business and management topics and develop their understanding of the application of these concepts through group and individual assignments.

This course is designed for candidates who do not have a previous Business qualification. Candidates should have a minimum 2.2 grade, honours (level 8) degree in a non-business discipline or equivalent. In exceptional circumstances consideration will be given to candidates who do not hold a primary degree, but who do have at least 10 years relevant work experience at least 3 of which must be in a management position. Consideration will be given on a case by case basis to students who have a minimum 2.2 honours degree in a business related discipline where the degree was completed at least 5 years previously, where the business components were minors, or where the Masters content differs substantially from the applicant’s degree content.
