MPhil research allows students to develop extended research on a clearly-defined episode in the history of science, technology and medicine or science communication studies, whilst gaining broad professional skills in research, analysis and presentation. MPhil students play an important role in the intellectual and social life of the Centre for the History of Science, Technology and Medicine, and contribute extensively to seminars, reading groups and conferences.
