Location of The University of Manchester

Research is directed toward high-Pressure/Temperature experimental, field-based and theoretical studies of topics of fundamental significance to lithospheric processes. The group runs two laboratories; one for high P/T experimental petrology, and the other for rock deformation studies.

Requirements

Academic Requirement - Applications are welcome from students with a good first degree (minimum 2.1 or equivalent) in Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Science or a related discipline.

Langauage Requirement - Overseas students would need to demonstrate competence in English Language, for example, IELTS score of 6.5.
