The Lancaster Masters in E-Business & Innovation (EBIN) is a unique multidisciplinary programme designed to help students to understand and shape innovation in e-business and e-commerce brought about by Internet, mobile, and multimedia technologies.

Programme focus

The EBIN programme focuses on skills and knowledge required to maximise the potential of modern information technologies for innovation in business. To achieve this goal, the EBIN programme has been designed as a holistic experience with an equal balance of business and technology topics and with a focus on online and Internet businesses.

The EBIN programme is jointly organised by Lancaster’s Management School and Computing Department, both of which are internationally recognised centres of excellence in their respective discipline. The programme also draws on expertise from the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development, the Business Enterprise Centre and Infolab21 (the University’s research, development and business centre for ICT).

Programme highlights

The EBIN programme provides an outstanding education with a unique integration of theory and practice:

* Practice-oriented teaching based on case studies and real-world examples ensures a tight integration of theory and practice.
