This program addresses B.A. graduates that are interested in issues of Romanian and European cultural identities and are eager to reflect on the mechanisms of cultural construction, on the forms of relating to the other(s), on the study of mentalities in an intercultural context, and also on the means of preserving and promoting the Romanian cultural heritage on the European market. The current trends in cultural anthropology, the course of Romanian ethnology, gender studies, multiculturalism and intercultural communication are but a few of the theoretical study fields that are proposed by the program. The field research is organized in collaboration with prestigious institutions under the patronage of the Romanian Academy and the Romanian Ministry of Culture. Among the career paths of the program´s future graduates are: scientific researchers, cultural experts, museum curators, experts in matters of cultural patrimony, ethnologists - specialists in mass-media, managers of cultural programs and projects.
