The program is organized by the Department of European Studies and trains graduates in view of acquiring a mastering of the field of European cultural studies and specializing in domains related to the process of European post-integration. Its graduates will be able to work in Romanian institutions involved in the design or application of EC programs and in the implementation of European support programs in cultural fields. Also, they will be able to be employed by different ministries and governmental agencies in the sections of external affairs, by private institutions that develop similar programs and, last but not least, by European institutions. The first year of study has a general character meant to familiarize the students with the vast field of international relations and to elucidate some political aspects relevant to the actual context. The second year focuses on more special or applied aspects. The study program addresses the graduates with a B.A. degree, preferably in European studies or international relations, or in human sciences.
