The M.A. program in Romanian Literary Studies trains the students for an independent study and research activity by stimulating their creative skills in the field from a modern perspective that is coherent with similar orientations on a European level. The program prepares the students to be involved in activities such as: teaching in academic institutions or in high-schools, doing research in academic institutions, planning and organizing activities in central institutions from the cultural sphere that develop national and international programs (publishing houses, museums, libraries, editorial boards, specialized learning and training institutions, literary or cultural exchange agencies, etc.). The acquired skills will also allow them to engage in activities of cultural diplomacy, in political or situational analysis, in cultural or artistic brand counseling, in managing or participating in international cultural or literary programs. Beside the study of the literary field from a global and interdisciplinary perspective, the program insists on the development of personal abilities, on the assimilation of training techniques in the field, and on the creative exercise that is adapted to the student´s personality.
