The Master of Business Administration program became very popular in Hungary in the last 15-20 years. The University of Debrecen has a long tradition of offering this training program primarily to managers who have 2-3 years of work experience and obtained their BA/BSc or MA/MSc degrees in fields other than economics. These professionals already have a general knowledge in the field of business administration which helps them to better manage their everyday tasks.
The Master of Business Administration program as a standard master program in the field of business studies, it is a four semester full-time degree program taught entirely in English. In addition to university professors, business professionals are involved in education as well and by providing a hands-on approach, engage students in discussions during high-level yet practical seminars. These classes employ problem oriented teaching methods and use a range of case studies and situational exercises.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- 2-3 years post-university work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
All applications are reviewed by a Pre-Admission Committee that decides whether to invite you to a personal interview (by telephone, or Skype) as the second stage of the admissions process. Final decision on the admission will be made by the Final Admission Committee.
Criteria for English profiency: IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
If the results are not sufficient students can apply for the Premaster Program. Application Deadlines are the same.
