This programme is designed for those who wish to pursue a career in civil engineering, but with an insight into North American practice.

The third year is spent in Canada, where we have a special link with the University of Calgary. The first two years of the programme are in common with the first two years of the other MEng programmes. Once in Calgary (Year 3), you continue to follow the core areas of the home MEng programmes, along with options relating to North American design and construction practice. Find out what our students think about time spent in Canada.

The fourth year consists of a selection of course units from the third and fourth years of the MEng Civil Engineering programmes.
