Applied physics is an interdisciplinary field that bridges the gap betweenthemselves the most basic problems of theoretical physics and development and innovation processes usually associated to the different engineering field, whichhas been called the "digital divide" . The curriculum is offered to students offers great flexibility, allows a greater degree of specialization in four areas: biophysics,optoelectronic and photovoltaic devices, photonics and quantum chemistry.

Number of credits: 60 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System)

Duration: One academic year

Dates: October 2012 - September 2013

Directed to: Graduate students in Physics, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering and other related degrees, who want to start studies in research in applied physics with the aim of writing a doctoral thesis. This master's degree also offers continuous training in the field of physics to professionals from different sectors such as non-university teaching and from the technological (electronics, energy, etc.), hospital (hospital physics) or computing fields.

Cost: In accordance with official fees yet to be announced. 2011 cost: 20,19 EUR/Credit
