As the course is taught online, you will gain practical experience of e-learning while you study. While many of our students study by distance, all students will work together in a virtual learning environment (VLE), so you will meet many different people even if you are working from home.
On completion of the programme you will have an understanding of the significance of ICT for education and will be able to relate the design and evaluation of materials to a range of learning approaches and practices.
Who is the course for?
The course is aimed at all those currently using ICT in educational settings, including teachers, trainers, user support staff, educational software developers, librarians and managerial staff.
It is not an ICT skills training or programming course and students are expected to have basic competence with ICT before starting the programme.
