Who is the MSc in Management and Organisation Studies for?
This is an ideal programme for aspiring and current managers who want to deepen their understanding of management and organisation theory. The programme provides you with an enhanced ability to think and act analytically, strategically and creatively. A background in business, social science or psychology is an advantage.
What is the programme about? There is an emphasis on critical engagement which deepens understanding of organisational theory, design choices, behavioural dynamics and the management of change. The programme sensitizes students to contemporary trends and challenges, and how to engage with them.
Course objective We aim to give you a strong theoretical and practical foundation in research and contemporary thinking about human behaviour, management processes and organisational dynamics.

Programme Structure
The MSc in Management and Organisation Studies is offered as a one-year full-time programme or on a two-year part-time basis. You will be assessed by examination and continuous assessment.
