Introduction
Companies deal today with the challenges of operating in a global marketplace. Global political changes, the rapid integration of international capital markets, Internet diffusion and an easier access to the rest of the world are definitely changing the way business is run. Doing business at an international level is not just an opportunity but a challenge for most companies and graduates with the financial skills and knowledge needed to operate in a global setting are in increasing demand.
Aims of the course
This course analyses the interrelationships between the areas of finance and multinational firms. In a context of growing international competitiveness, the ability to recognise new market opportunities, to quickly adjust a corporate strategy to adapt to change in business practices and to find the best opportunities to finance international diversification and growth is a recognized skill.
The aim of this course is to develop these sets of abilities with a particular focus on a thorough understanding of the economic, financial and legal context of international business.
Students will develop a deep knowledge of:
- Managerial issues companies have to face when expanding internationally
- Multinational companies organizations
- International financial markets in which business are run
Career opportunities
This programme provides multinational companies with graduates who combine management skills, foreign languages and cross- cultural competencies.
The course will be of interest to graduates seeking careers in:

- Import/export companies;
- Domestic and international financial organizations;
- Domestic and international banks.

The Master’s degree course in Management, Finance and Internation Business is accredited with the Italian Ministry of University and Scientific Research as a "Laurea Magistrale", the official master’s degree designation in the Sorbonne-Bologna scheme.
Non-EU citizens (resident abroad) should submit their pre-enrolment application to the competent local Italian Diplomatic Representations. For your reference the fees for the academic year 2011-2012 are set as follows:
For Extra UE students the fee range is from Euro 500,00 to Euro 1.000,00 according to the fiscal position to the student's family.
For UE students the fee range is from Euro 500,00 to Euro 2.000,00 according to the fiscal position to the student's family.
Fee reductions can be assessed upon request by the students, according to Italian laws.
